Hi, I’m Patty Bean, founder of the well.beings community.
With over a decade of experience, I’m dedicated to helping women live their best lives through mindful movement, strength training, flexibility training, and holistic healing. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified QiGong Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Master Certified Life Coach, with certifications in Functional Medicine Health Coaching, Yoga, and Meditation.
