About Patty Bean

Hi, I’m Patty Bean, founder of the well.beings community.

 

With over a decade of experience, I’m dedicated to helping women live their best lives through mindful movement, strength training, flexibility training, and holistic healing. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified QiGong Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Master Certified Life Coach, with certifications in Functional Medicine Health Coaching, Yoga, and Meditation.

I created this online community to support women like you in relieving pain, reducing stress, and building healthier habits. Join me in a space where you can transform your body and mind through QiGong, yoga, and strength training with the guidance and support you deserve.
